Month-to-Month. This Agreement shall continue as a month-to-month tenancy. If at any time Tenant desires to terminate the tenancy, Tenant may do so by providing to Landlord written notice of intention to terminate. Such notice to terminate must be provided to Landlord at least 30 days prior to the desired date of termination of the tenancy. If at any time Landlord desires to terminate the tenancy, Landlord may do so by providing to Tenant such written notice of intention to terminate at least 30 days prior to the desired date of termination of the tenancy. Notices to terminate may be given on any calendar day, irrespective of Commencement Date.

Month-to-Month. If the Order specifies a month-to-month plan, the Test Studio Product Paid License granted to you in section 4.D.2.1 is a subscription License and is valid during each month for which you have paid the applicable fees and will renew automatically, unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing Your Account or by contacting xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx, at which point, your access to the Test Studio Product Package will be disabled. Your credit card will be charged or you will be invoiced the then applicable monthly fees, plus applicable taxes each month.
Month-to-Month. This Lease shall continue in force from month to month after the expiration of the Initial Term. Month-to-Month. The Customer may terminate Service to which it subscribes on a month-to-month basis at any time by notifying the Company as required under Section 4.2.1. The Customer remains liable for payment of all outstanding charges for Service(s) used and any equipment purchased prior to termination. If the Customer receives Service on a month-to-month basis, then the Customer will forfeit any prepayment for the remainder of the current month of Service.
