Monitoring Xxxxx. In the event that Landlord has reason to believe that Hazardous Materials may be present on the Premises and any improvements, Landlord may require that, at Tenant's expense, testing xxxxx be installed on the Premises and any improvements, at locations determined by Landlord and Tenant, and may cause the ground water to be tested to detect the presence of Hazardous Materials by the use of such tests as are then customarily used for such purposes. Tenant shall comply promptly with any such request.
Monitoring Xxxxx. In the event that District has reason to believe that Hazardous Materials may be present on the District Property, District may require that, at Lessee's expense, testing xxxxx be installed on the District Property, at locations determined by District, and may cause the ground water to be tested to detect the presence of Hazardous Materials by the use of such tests as are then customarily used for such purposes. Lessee shall comply promptly with any such request.
Monitoring Xxxxx. In the event of a fluid discharge that is not contained within Lessee’s containment system at a well site on the Leasehold or lands pooled therewith that may likely pose a threat to any Water Supply, Lessee may be required to install groundwater monitoring xxxxx which will be used to sample groundwater at the perimeter of the well site. Proper monitoring well design and construction should include consideration of site specific hydrogeologic conditions, and shall be in accordance with ODNR requirements. Lessee shall provide a record of any reportable release to Xxxxxx as soon as practicable.
Monitoring Xxxxx. While the burn has been completed, there may be embers, smoldering logs, or other sources from which fire could escape. Landowner, knowing that TPE would be willing to remain on the site for an additional period of time to monitor the area and ensure that there is no escape of fire, agrees that TPE may leave the site and does hereby release TPE from further responsibility relating to the fire and does hereby agree to assume all further responsibility for ensuring that no fire escapes from the burned area. After TPE leaves the property, the Landowner agrees to hold TPE harmless on account of any fire that may escape.

Monitoring Xxxxx. 1. All existing utilities must be field located prior to installation. Call the Ohio Utility Protection Service (OUPS). Monitoring xxxxx must be placed a minimum of 3’ from any existing utility.
Monitoring Xxxxx. Xxxxxxxxx has signed or will sign an agreement with TPE stating the time when the Landowner agrees that TPE may leave the property. After that time the Landowner agrees to assume responsibility for monitoring the burn area to insure that no fire will escape. After TPE leaves the property, the Landowner agrees to hold TPE harmless on account of any fire that may escape.
Monitoring Xxxxx. Grantor shall contract with Terracon ----------------- Environmental of Kansas City, Missouri for the purpose of filling and capping certain environmental monitoring xxxxx presently located on Grantor's Property and the relocation of such xxxxx so they will not interfere with Grantee's use of the Driveway Easement. Hilton shall reimburse Grantor for the actual cost and expense of filling, capping and relocating said monitoring xxxxx which cost may include an income tax component if applicable.
Monitoring Xxxxx. In accordance with Exhibit A, Contractor shall identify any monitoring xxxxx on the Site which will require relocation in connection with the Work, and Owner shall coordinate such relocation with the applicable Governmental Authorities and perform (or cause to be performed) the physical relocation of such xxxxx at Owner’s expense by the time set forth on the Milestone Schedule.

INSTALL NATIVE VEGETATION Installation of native vegetation shall comprise of soil preparation, provision and installation of native plantings and irrigation system installation at the Xxxxxxxxx Effluent Disposal Site FIBEROPTIC AND ELECTRIC CONDUITS/DUCTS Includes furnishing and installing conduits of the class and size specified; trench excavation; pull ropes; warning tape; duct encasement concrete; bedding; backfilling to road subbase; compaction; removal and disposal of trench spoils; protecting existing installed facilities; cleaning; testing; and all incidental work pertaining to fiber optic and electric conduits/ducts. The unit price shall be paid for fiber optic and electric conduits/ducts on a linear foot basis. MISCELLANEOUS CONCRETE Includes furnishing and installing concrete used for driveways, cross gutters, sidewalks as part of pavement restoration and will be the number of cubic yards placed in the Work to the lines and grades shown or to restore existing concrete.
