MONITORING VISITS. 4.1 District shall give the United States Treasury Department, the Special Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Treasury, the Comptroller General of the United States, District, District Auditor, and any of their duly authorized representatives, unobstructed and full access to and the right to examine all books, accounts, records, reports, files, and other papers, things or property belonging to or in use by District pertaining to this Agreement as it pertains to the use of CARE Act funds.
MONITORING VISITS. 13.0 The placement provider will permit access to ERFA or the appropriate educational establishment during the placement period for the purpose of monitoring.
MONITORING VISITS. SUBRECIPIENT agrees that ENTITY shall conduct on-site monitoring visits to assure compliance with applicable Federal requirements and that performance goals are being achieved, if applicable, as per 2 CFR Part 200. SUBRECIPIENT shall attend an orientation prior to the award of funds and prior to the first draw of funds. After each monitoring visit, ENTITY shall provide SUBRECIPIENT with a written report of the monitor’s findings. If the monitoring reports note deficiencies in SUBRECIPIENT’s performance under the terms of this Agreement, the monitoring report shall include requirements for the timely correction of such deficiencies by SUBRECIPIENT. Failure by SUBRECIPIENT to take action specified in the monitoring report may be cause for suspension or termination of this Agreement, as provided in Section XII of this Agreement. In addition, SUBRECIPIENT shall give HUD, the Comptroller General of the United States, ENTITY, and any of their duly authorized representatives, unobstructed and full access to and the right to examine all books, accounts, records, reports, files, and other papers, things, or property belonging to or in use by SUBRECIPIENT pertaining to this Agreement.
MONITORING VISITS. Identica will monitor the operations of the Equipment, and shall make semi-annual visits to the Hotels to provide Hotel staff with additional training, merchandising and operational recommendations and software support. Pursuant to the Hotel Agreements, the Hotels shall continue to provide room and board for the professional services team for monitoring visits at no expense to Identica, and on an as needed basis.

MONITORING VISITS. The Pharmacy consents to checking of the documentation of delivery, production, con- sumption, return and/or destruction of the In- vestigational medicinal products by the Study monitor and agrees to monitoring visits by prior appointment.
MONITORING VISITS. Vendors are monitored by WIC to: o Identify ways that WIC can assist the store o Review the WIC Manual and WIC training documentation o Review the benefits and nutritional goals of Iowa WIC o Review the Approved Foods List, why specific foods are prescribed and the minimum stocking requirements o Review WIC transaction and WIC procedures o Review Program policies, procedures and sanctions o Discuss any problems/concerns o Identify any areas that are out of compliance with Program policies and procedures and set a mutually agreed upon plan and due date for correction o Violation points and/or sanctions will be issued for non-compliance as outlined in Section VIII of this Handbook. Vendors may be required to submit a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within 30 days of notification of non-compliance or during the monitoring visit. The vendor must provide at least one representative to meet with state, federal or local agency representatives to complete the monitoring visit. This representative is responsible for ensuring that all personnel involved with WIC transactions are trained. This representative must have legal authority to obligate the vendor, for example signing a corrective action plan if required at the time of the monitoring visit. WIC suggests that the store manager be available for at least a portion of the monitoring visit and/or discuss any findings. They may designate an appropriate individual to act as the store’s representative during the visit. Periodically, Iowa WIC conducts a type of monitoring visit called an education buy in coordination with a store manager/representative. In an education buy, a representative of Iowa WIC poses as a WIC participant and conducts a WIC transaction. The store manager or store representative is typically aware of the visit beforehand (and sometimes has requested the visit). The participant reveals during the buy that he or she is a WIC representative. The purpose of an education buy is to assist WIC, the store manager and the cashier to observe a WIC transaction and identify enhancements.
MONITORING VISITS. Commission officials or an expert hired by the Commission may visit projects during the implementation phase. The main aim of these visits is to help and give advice to the Beneficiaries.
MONITORING VISITS. The Purchasers will monitor and review the Service to ensure the Provider delivers according to the Agreement. Contract Monitoring Officers and other nominated representatives of the Purchasers will visit the Service from time to time to better understand the quality of Care and Support delivered to Service Users or to establish how the Provider is delivering the wider Service. Contract Monitoring Officers and others may visit on an announced or an unannounced basis and may visit during unsociable hours.
MONITORING VISITS. V příslušných případech nebudou ve formulářích CRF zaznamenávány žádné osobní údaje subjektů. Formuláře CRF budou dokumentovány pouze v anonymní podobě. Centrum zajistí, aby před předáním nebo jiným způsobem zpřístupnění společnosti SynteractHCR nebo zadavateli byly veškeré osobní údaje subjektů ze zpráv ze studie či jiných údajů odstraněny, nejsou-li tyto vyžadovány pro účely dokumentace a monitoringu studie. Poskytovatel zdravotních péče tak zajistí, aby v průběhu provádění studie nedošlo k předání žádných osobních údajů a důvěrných informací pacientů zadavateli, který tak nebude dovozcem ve vztahu k poskytovateli zdravotních péče a poskytovatel zdravotních péče předá osobní údaje SynteractHCR. Poskytovatel zdravotních péče i zadavatel a společnost SynteractHCR se zavazují, že v průběhu klinické studie i po jejím ukončení budou dbát podle příslušných právních předpisů o ochranu osobních údajů při jejich uchování, zpracování i předání do jiné země, a to zejm. v souladu se zákonem č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a právními předpisy EU. Zadavatel a SynteractHCR se zavazují zajistit ekvivalentní úroveň ochrany osobních údajů jako v České republice / EU, a to zejména ve vztahu k údajům, které jsou vyžadovány pro účely dokumentace a monitoringu studie. 1.10
