Monitoring Schedule. Monitoring of Gila topminnow and desert pupfish stocked into any ADOT retention basin will occur, at minimum, on an annual basis. Monitoring will be conducted by ADOT Natural Resource Section, or by an agent on behalf of ADOT. ADOT will incur any expenses related to monitoring of populations stocked into ADOT retention basins.
