The monitoring program consists of the methods utilized to determine designated monitoring locations, the observations noted during the monitoring effort (ie: construction machinery and activities, cultural resources observed, biological and/or geographical observations as they pertain to cultural resources, etc), as well as protocols for cultural resources encountered during the effort. A draft version of this report shall be submitted to the BLM for initial review within three months of completion of all archaeological monitoring tasks and requirements. Once it has been reviewed by the BLM, the draft report shall be provided to all consulting parties for a 30 day review period. The final report will be provided to all consulting parties along with a written documentation of any changes. Non confidential data will also be disseminated to the public and other interested parties, as appropriate.
