MONITORING PROGRAMS. 37. Title 27 requires that the Dischargers maintain a groundwater-monitoring program designed to detect the presence of waste constituents in groundwater outside of the waste management unit (WMU). The required monitoring is included in the Discharge Monitoring Program (Attachment A) and consists of a list of constituents of concern (COCs), sampling frequency, approved analytical methods, reporting requirements, the point of compliance, and an approved evaluation method to determine compliance consistent with Title 27.
