Net 3 ISP may immediately remove your material or information from Net 3 ISP's servers, in whole or in part, which Net 3 ISP, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to infringe on another party's proprietary rights or to violate our Terms of Service Agreement

NTC acknowledges that resellers’ customers belong to reseller. Resellers’ customers are considered confidential assets and NTC agrees not to sell them, solicit them, refer them or otherwise engage them in any of NTC or NTC affiliate business activities during the term of this agreement.

If your web site is unusable as a result of a direct failure in our systems and for reasons other than previously announced scheduled maintenance we'll credit your next invoice with 1 hour of hosting for each 1 hour of service interruption; up to 10% of your next pre-paid hosting renewal fee. Credits may not be converted into refunds; other restrictions may apply. Service credits may be denied at the sole discretion of Daily Bread Host..
Monitoring of Service. The Bus Company shall monitor bus loads, route lengths, and arrival times throughout each year to determine the need for additional routes and/or buses or the opportunity to reduce the number of routes and/or buses. The Bus Company shall promptly report to the District any information that would lead to the increase or decrease in the number of routes or buses needed.
Monitoring of Service. From time to time, we will ask for feedback from you on the quality of our services, either through direct questionnaires and/or review meetings where appropriate. Medway HR Services (Schools) will seek to continuously improve its standard of performance within the lifetime of this service level agreement and any suggestions on ways that the service could be improved should be addressed to Xxxxxx Xxxxx, HR (Business Partner) Schools, in the first instance.
