Monitoring and Recording. COMMUNICATIONS - We may monitor and record communications between you and us, including telephone conversations, electronic messages, electronic records, or other data transmissions that affect your accounts or other products and services. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, you agree we may monitor and record such communications without your approval or further notice to you.

Monitoring and Recording. You agree that we may record all telephone conversations and any communications by other means between you and us (including face to face meetings) without use of a warning tone, and use such recordings, or transcripts of such recordings, as well as any e-mails, recorded chat messages or other communications you send to us, for training purposes, for the purposes of investigating any complaint you may make, or for any other legal or regulatory purposes, including as evidence in any dispute or anticipated dispute between you and us. We shall retain records of all telephone and any communications by other means for the duration required by Applicable Regulations. We will provide a copy of such records to you within a reasonable period of your request and may charge a fee for such provision of records. Such records will also be accepted by you as evidence of orders placed or other instructions given.
Monitoring and Recording. 1. Recorders or other types of monitoring devices may be used by students and classroom visitors only with the prior knowledge and permission of the Professional Employee. An exception to this provision is if the device is required by a student's IEP or 504 plan; these recordings will not be used for evaluative purposes.

Call recordings may be shared with Acura and its dealers and other Service Providers for the purposes of providing the AcuraLink service and maintaining your account. Additionally, if your Vehicle is equipped to provide stolen vehicle recovery services and your Vehicle is stolen, or you breach the terms of any agreement regarding the lease or financing of your Vehicle, we may determine the location of the Vehicle, without the occupants’ knowledge, in order to assist in recovering the Vehicle. We may also be legally required to provide location data and other information obtained through the AcuraLink system to law enforcement agencies. YOU RELEASE US AND THE THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF THE DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION UNDER THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES OTHER THAN LIABILITIES AND LOSSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE WILFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF US OR A THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY.

Monitoring and Recording. You agree that CoastConnect and its agents may monitor and record any telephone calls or other voice, data or image communications that are transmitted between CoastConnect and its agents on the one hand and you, your agents, any user of your Service(s) or Equipment, or any user of any phone numbers associated with your account on the other hand.
