Monitor Activities. City shall have the right to monitor all Contract related activities of the Consultant and all subcontractors. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time, to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress, and to observe all the Consultant’s personnel in every phase of performance of Contract related work.

The State shall provide Saber with 48 hours’ notice of its intent to visit any Saber facility where work is being performed on the Project other than Saber’s Wyoming Project Office.
