Following a successful trial period the hours (business hours of work) used in the trial period will become the new normal hours. Monitoring of key indicators will continue to ensure that the arrangement remains viable. Monitor. A monitor is a device for displaying images. It either consists of a matrix of active areas that radiate light of different wavelengths or is a (usually diffuse) reflector that is illuminated in different wavelengths and in a matrix of specific points by a projector.

Section 1.1 For so long as Citigroup Inc. or any of its affiliates (“Citigroup”) remains the ultimate controlling company of FRAC, PLICC shall allow FRAC and any reasonable number of counsel, financial advisors, accountants, actuaries and other representatives of FRAC, reasonable access, upon reasonable advance notice and during normal business hours to the facilities, documents, information, auditors, actuaries, outside advisors and relevant personnel of PLICC related to the management, administration and financial performance of the Reinsured Policies and Covered Liabilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision of this Agreement, PLICC shall not be obligated to provide such access to any facilities, documents, information, auditors, actuaries, outside advisors and relevant personnel of PLICC to the extent that doing so would violate applicable law or jeopardize the protection of an attorney-client privilege; provided that, in either circumstance, the parties will cooperate in good faith to determine a manner in which information can be shared so as to not violate applicable law or jeopardize the protection of an attorney-client privilege, as applicable.
Monitor. The Parties jointly agree to appoint an expert or experts to monitor the Facilities’ implementation of this Agreement (the “Monitor”). Given the number of Facilities, the Parties anticipate that responsibilities for monitoring the Facilities shall be divided among a number of experts. The Parties shall identify the experts serving as Monitor, and their specific responsibilities, in a submittal to the Court made within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date of the Agreement. If the Parties are unable to agree upon a Monitor, each Party shall submit two names for each Monitor position, along with resumes or curricula vitae and cost proposals, to the Court, and the Court shall appoint the Monitor from among the names submitted. The State shall pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Monitor, in accordance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act, in the course of carrying out his/her duties under this Agreement. The Monitor shall have full authority to assess, review, and report independently on the Facility’s implementation of and compliance with the provisions of the Agreement and may offer recommendations to aid the Facility in achieving compliance. The Monitor may be terminated only for good cause and only with prior notice to an agreement by the Parties. No Party, nor any employee or agent of any Party, shall have any supervisory authority over the Monitor’s activities, reports, findings, or recommendations. In the event that the Monitor is unable to serve or continue serving as the Monitor, or in the event that the Parties for any reason agree to discontinue the use of the Monitor, the Parties shall meet or otherwise confer within thirty (30) days of being notified of the incapacity or the decision to discontinue use of the Monitor, to select a new Monitor. If the Parties are unable to agree upon a selection, each Party shall submit two names for each Monitor position, along with resumes or curricula vitae and cost proposals, to the Court and the Court shall appoint the Monitor from among the names submitted.

What cleans moldy furniture and other items? • For wood, metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, and other objects that don't absorb water but are washable - wipe them with a solution of lukewarm water and laundry detergent. • For clothes, bedding, and other materials that absorb water and are washable - wash them in the laundry. • For beds, sofas, and other furniture that absorb water but are not washable - these items may need to be discarded. Or, try to save them by vacuuming well and allowing to air out. If there is no odor it may be okay. Mold can come back, so watch for any mold growth or mold related health problems. Discard the item if you suspect mold is growing inside or outside the item. Should I paint over mold? No. Don't paint or caulk over mold. The mold will grow under the paint and the paint will peel.
