Money to Be Held in Trust. All Equipment Notes, monies and other property deposited with or held by the Subordination Agent pursuant to this Agreement shall be held in trust for the benefit of the parties entitled to such Equipment Notes, monies and other property. All such Equipment Notes, monies or other property shall be held in the Trust Department of the institution acting as Subordination Agent hereunder.

Money to Be Held in Trust. Subject to the provisions of Section 13.04, all money received by the Trustee shall, until used or applied as herein provided, be held in trust for the purposes for which it was received. Money to Be Held in Trust. If the Company shall at any time act as its own Paying Agent, it will, on or before each due date of the principal of (and premium, if any, on) or interest on any of the Notes, segregate and hold in trust for the benefit of the Persons entitled thereto a sum sufficient to pay the principal (and premium, if any) or interest so becoming due until such sums shall be paid to such Persons or otherwise disposed of as herein provided and will promptly notify the Trustee of its action or failure so to act.
