Money Market Fund Shares. NOT FDIC INSURED Shares of money market mutual funds purchased through a money market sweep account are not deposits or obligations of, and are not guaranteed by, the Bank or any other financial institution. They also are not insured by the FDIC or any other government agency. These shares involve investment risks, including the possible loss of the principal invested. The balance or “floor amount” that remains in the checking account portion of any money market checking sweep account is, however, FDIC-insured, up to the limits established by law.

(5) The Vendor acknowledges that 31 U.S.C. Chap. 38 (Administrative Remedies for False Claims and Statements) applies to the Vendor’s actions pertaining to this contract.
