Common use of Money Judgment Clause in Contracts

Money Judgment. Final orders for the payment of money involving in the aggregate at any time a liability (net of any insurance proceeds or indemnity payments actually received in respect thereof prior to or within sixty (60) days from the entry thereof, or to be received in respect thereof in the event any appeal thereof shall be unsuccessful) of more than $1,000,000 or that would otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect, shall be rendered against any Credit Party and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied in accordance with the terms of such judgment or order (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);
