Common use of Money Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Money Held in Trust. Money held by the Trustee hereunder shall be held in trust to the extent required herein. The Trustee shall be under no liability for interest on any Money received by it hereunder except to the extent of income or other gain on investments which are deposits in or certificates of deposit of the Bank in its commercial capacity and income or other gain actually received by the Trustee on Eligible Investments.

The Collateral Trustee shall be under no liability for interest on any Money received by it hereunder except to the extent of income or other gain on investments which are deposits in or certificates of deposit of the Bank in its commercial capacity and income or other gain actually received by the Collateral Trustee on Eligible Investments.

The Indenture Trustee shall be under no liability for interest on any Money received by it hereunder except as otherwise agreed upon with the Co-Issuers and except to the extent of income or other gain on investments which are deposits in or certificates of deposit of the Bank Indenture Trustee in its commercial capacity and income or other gain actually received by the Indenture Trustee on Eligible Investments.
