Common use of Money Damages Clause in Contracts

Money Damages. If the Losses indemnified against pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.2 hereof can be compensated by the payment of money to Buyer, the Indemnifying Party shall, within thirty (30) days after receipt of a written notice of a claim pursuant to Section 10.3 deliver to Buyer: (i) the amount of such claim by check or by wire transfer to the bank account of that party’s choosing, or (ii) a written notice stating that it or he objects to the validity of such claim and setting forth in reasonable detail the grounds on which it or he is contesting the validity of the claim.

Money Damages. If the Losses indemnified against pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.2 Sections 8.2 and 8.3 hereof can be compensated by the payment of money to Buyerthe other party, the Indemnifying Party indemnifying party shall, within thirty (30) days after receipt of a written notice of a claim pursuant to Section 10.3 8.4 deliver to Buyerthe other party either: (i) the amount of such claim by check or by wire transfer to the bank account of that party’s choosing, or (ii) a written notice stating that it or he objects to the validity of such claim and setting forth in reasonable detail the grounds on which it or he is contesting the validity of the claim.

If the Losses indemnified against pursuant to the provisions of Section Articles 10.1 and 10.2 hereof can be compensated by the payment of money to Buyerthe other party, the Indemnifying Party indemnifying party shall, within thirty (30) 21 days after receipt of a written notice of a claim pursuant to Section 10.3 Article 10.4 deliver to Buyerthe other party either: (i) the amount of such claim by check or by wire transfer to the bank account of that party’s 's choosing, or (ii) a written notice stating that it or he objects to the validity of such claim and setting forth in reasonable detail the grounds on which it or he is contesting the validity of the claim.

If the Losses indemnified against pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.2 Sections 9.1 and 9.2 hereof can be compensated by the payment of money to Buyerthe other party, the Indemnifying Party indemnifying party shall, within thirty (30) days after receipt of a written notice of a claim pursuant to Section 10.3 9.3, deliver to Buyerthe other party either: (ia) the amount of such claim by check or by wire transfer to the bank account of that party’s 's choosing, or (iib) a written notice stating that it or he objects to the validity of such claim and setting forth in reasonable detail the grounds on which it or he is contesting the validity of the claim.

If the Losses indemnified against pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.2 Sections 13.1 and 13.2 hereof can be compensated by the payment of money to Buyerthe other party, the Indemnifying Party indemnifying party shall, within thirty twenty (3020) days after receipt of a written notice of a claim pursuant to Section 10.3 13.3, deliver to Buyerthe other party either: (i) the amount of such claim by check or by wire transfer to the bank account of that party’s 's choosing, or (ii) a written notice stating that it or he objects to the validity of such claim and setting forth in reasonable detail the grounds on which it or he is contesting the validity of the claim.
