Monetary Relief. 27. Any claim for monetary relief shall not extend more than twenty (20) days prior to the filing of a grievance, unless considerations of equity or bad faith justify a greater entitlement. The arbitrator shall be required to deduct from any monetary awards all income from any source received by the employee. The arbitrator shall not be authorized to award any interest on any pre or post monetary award.
