NFHA will provide Defendant with a report within 30 months of the Effective Date detailing the use of the funds during the 24- month period following the Effective Date.

(Out of Class Work, Acting Assignment), in no event shall a grievance include a claim for money relief for more than a thirty (30) working day period prior to the initiation of the grievance.
