Common use of Monetary Judgments Clause in Contracts

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor or amounts covered by third party indemnification obligations of a third person acceptable to US Agent), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of forty-five (45) days after the entry thereof; or

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 10,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant not covered by independent third-party insurance as to which the insurer is rated at least “A” by A.M. Best Company, has been notified of the potential claim and does not denied coverage therefor or amounts covered by third party indemnification obligations of a third person acceptable to US Agentdispute coverage), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of forty-five twenty (4520) days after the entry thereof; or;

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards awards, in each case, for the payment of money, shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability an amount of $5,000,000 15,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by (i) insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor in writing or amounts covered by third (ii) other third-party indemnification obligations of a third person acceptable to US Agentindemnities), and the same shall remain undischarged, unsatisfied, unvacated unvacated, unstayed and unstayed unbounded pending appeal for a period of forty-five (45) 60 consecutive days after the entry thereof; or;

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 2,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by either (i) insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor or amounts covered by third (ii) an indemnification agreement as to which the indemnifying party indemnification obligations of a third person acceptable to US Agenthas not denied liability), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of forty-five thirty (4530) days after the entry thereof; or

One or more final, non-appealable judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Restricted Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 215,5000,000 or more (excluding amounts bonded over or covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor or amounts covered by third party indemnification obligations of a third person acceptable to US Agenttherefor), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of forty-five thirty (4530) days after the entry thereof; or
