Common use of Monetary Judgments Clause in Contracts

Monetary Judgments. One or more final (non-interlocutory) judgments, orders or decrees shall be entered against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any Permitted Partnership involving in the aggregate a liability (not fully covered by insurance) as to any single or related series of transactions, incidents or conditions of $1,000,000 or more, and the same shall remain unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of sixty (60) days after the entry thereof; or 8.1.10

Monetary Judgments. One or more final (non-interlocutory) judgments, orders or decrees shall be entered against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any Permitted Partnership involving in the aggregate a liability (not fully covered by independent third-party insurance) as to any single or related series of transactions, incidents or conditions conditions, of $1,000,000 10,000,000 or more, and the same shall remain unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of sixty (60) 10 days after the entry thereof; or 8.1.10or
