Common use of Monetary Awards Clause in Contracts

Monetary Awards. Any monetary award of the arbitration panel shall be made and payable in U.S. Dollars. Any such monetary award shall accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed under the law of which governs this Agreement, from the date of the notification of the dispute in accordance with Exhibit D to the date when the award is paid in full.
