Employees shall be entitled to a meal break of a minimum of 30 minutes and maximum of 60 minutes, to be taken any time between the fourth and the sixth hours from the commencement of duty. Unless expressly requested by the Company to work through meal breaks for urgent reasons, Employees must take the break within the specified time frame.
