Modifications to the Terms and Conditions. If inWebo decides to apply new terms and conditions or to update the existing ones, inWebo will publish the newly applicable terms conditions on its websites and communicate them to the Customer per email, highlighting the date these new conditions come into force. At that date, the new terms and conditions will apply to the Service used by the Customer, unless the Customer has communicated to inWebo its intention to terminate the Service in accordance to article 6.2, in which case the current GTC will apply until the expiration of the period of use of the Service.
