Modifications to Lump Sum. If the City authorizes a substantial or material change in the Scope of Services or level of staffing, the Lump Sum compensation for that portion of the Services may be equitably and proportionately adjusted by mutual consent of the Director or designee and Consultant, subject to such additional approvals as may be required by legislation or ordinance. Lump Sum compensation shall be calculated by Consultant, utilizing the Wage Rates established herein including multiplier, and reimbursable expenses as attached in Schedule B-2. Prior to issuing a Work Order, the City may require Consultant, to verify or justify its requested Lump Sum compensation. Such verification shall present sufficient information as depicted in Schedule A2. HOURLY RATE FEES Hourly Rate Fees shall be those rates for Consultant and Sub consultant employees identified in Schedule B1 Wage Rates. All hourly rate fees will include a maximum not to exceed figure, inclusive of all costs expressed in the contract documents. The City shall have no liability for any fee, cost or expense above this figure. Consultant shall maintain timesheets for all individuals compensated on an hourly basis. Said timesheets are to reflect the name and title of the individual, work week, all Work performed during the work week, and the hours associated with each task performed. Timesheets must account for the total number of authorized work hours in the work week.

  • Modifications to Agreement You acknowledge that the practice of registering and administering domain names is constantly evolving; therefore, you agree that Tucows may modify this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement, as is necessary to comply with its agreements with ICANN, a registry or any other entity or individual, as well as to adjust to changing circumstances. Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar.   • Modifications to Service This Auction Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to user. This Auction Site shall not be liable to users or any third party should this Auction Site exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

  • Modifications and Rectifications to Coverage 1. SAP retains the right to independently develop its own Modifications or Add-ons to the Software, and Licensee agrees not to take any action that would limit SAP’s sale, assignment, licensing or use of its own Software or Modifications or Add-ons thereto.

  • Modifications to the Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties on the subjects covered. The said supplementation shall not be payable to any employee entitled to compensation after pension age if such an employee is entitled to an unreduced pension as provided under the Local Authorities Pension Plan or after the full age of 65 years if such an employee is not entitled to a pension. Subject to the foregoing limitation, the procedure to be followed in operating this policy shall be as follows:
