Modifications of this Agreement. Modifications of this agreement may only be made in writing and signed by the Commissioner or a designated representative of the BLS and by a duly authorized representative of the recipient. The Project Coordinators are not authorized to take any action to change the terms or provisions of this agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary Guarantor will have a right to consent to or approve a modification of this Agreement except to the extent its rights are directly affected.

If changes are needed to either the Proposal Description or the Proposal Budget, or to any other parts of this agreement, a Grant Amendment Request form (GAR) should be utilized to request modifications. The Grantee shall not be authorized to implement any changes to the Proposal Description or Proposal Budget or any other parts of this agreement, including the proposal end date, without the prior written approval of the Division's Contract/Program Manager. The Division shall be the sole judge of whether the facts and circumstances justify an extension or other modifications of this agreement.
Modifications of this Agreement. 21 Negotiations on any item may be reopened only by mutual agreement of the parties, but any 22 agreement, alteration, understanding, variation, waiver or modification of any of the terms or 23 provisions contained herein shall not be binding upon the parties hereto unless made and 24 executed in writing by the Association and the District.
Modifications of this Agreement. We may modify this Agreement at any time by giving you at least ninety (90) days prior written notice. After expiry of this notice period, you are automatically bound by the terms of the modified Agreement if you continue to use the Cloud Service thereafter. If you do not agree with the modifications you must terminate this Agreement within thirty (30) days of receiving our written notice. Excluded from the foregoing are: (a) changes to prices which shall become effective solely upon renewal (including automatic renewal) of existing subscriptions or new orders; and (b) changes required by law which become effective immediately by when we notify you about such changes if no other effective date was provided in such notification. Your sole remedy for such termination shall be the refund of unused advance payments for future use of the Cloud Service (if any).
Modifications of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be amended unless the parties agree in writing.
Modifications of this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that from time to time it may be to their mutual advantage to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement. No waiver, change, modification, or amendment to this Agreement shall be binding upon either party unless in writing and signed by all Parties. The waiver by any party to a breach of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a wavier of any subsequent breach of that provision or any other provision or condition of this Agreement.
Modifications of this Agreement. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify this Agreement from time to time. If we make any material modifications, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of the Agreement and by maintaining a current version of the Agreement on this website. All modifications will be effective when they are posted, and your continued access or use of the Interface will serve as confirmation of your acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree with any modifications to this Agreement, you must immediately stop accessing and using the Interface.
