Modifications and Updates. DES reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time; provided, however, that the terms and conditions of the then-current agreement will be posted on the DES website; and, provided further, that any company may opt out of the program at any time by sending notice to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx.xxx. Any company may update its company information and technical service categories by providing a new agreement to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx.xxx.
Modifications and Updates. Weisang is entitled to develop Software updates at its own discretion. Weisang is not obligated to make updates of this Software available to Licensees who have not entered into a maintenance agreement or have not acquired an update.
Modifications and Updates. PlanSource may on one or more occasions modify or update this EUSA. PlanSource will post notices of EUSA modifications or updates through links placed on the PlanSource website or login pages or provide notification by other means. Please review this EUSA periodically for modifications or updates. If End User uses the Services after PlanSource posts any modifications or updates, End User will be deemed as having accepted them. If End User does not agree to any modified or updated terms of the EUSA or changes to other PlanSource policies, End User should discontinue its use of the Services, and this will be End User’s sole and exclusive remedy. If there is a conflict between this EUSA and the most current version of this EUSA posted on the PlanSource website, login pages, or otherwise provided to End User, the most current version will prevail.
Modifications and Updates. LICENSOR in its sole discretion shall be entitled, but not obliged, to create updates of the Software and to make them available to the Licensee.
Modifications and Updates. In addition to the Services set forth herein, Building Official shall make periodic recommendation to the Town for modifying, improving or updating the relevant Uniform Codes in effect pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Johnstown Municipal Code. At a minimum, Building Official shall make recommendations to the Town Manager regarding the adoption of, along with appropriate modifications to, the Uniform Codes revised and adopted by the International Code Council in 2018 as necessary. Such recommendations shall be made in writing by both the Town Manager and Building Official and shall thereafter be presented to Town Council. Building Official shall facilitate public input prior to providing recommendations to Town Council.
Modifications and Updates. BUCS reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (in whole or in part) with or without notice to You. You agree BUCS will not be liable to You or to any Third Party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application or any part thereof. BUCS makes no commitment to update the Application. BUCS will make reasonable efforts to keep the Application operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. BUCS reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Application with or without notice.
Modifications and Updates. 9.1. MonTier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, alter or modify this Agreement ("Modification"). Modifications to this Agreement will be posted on the Website and/or notified to Licensee through other reasonable means, and Licensee shall become bound by such Modification immediately upon the posting of a new Agreement on the Website, or upon being notified of such Modification by any reasonable mean. The modified agreement shall then constitute the entire agreement between MonTier and Licensee regarding the Software.

Circle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue offering the Circle Services, in whole or in part, including any features, functionality, tools or content thereof, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to Licensee. Circle may from time to time develop and provide Updates for the Circle Services, Circle Content, API, Software or Circle Devices. Updates may also modify or delete features, functionality, tools or content in their entirety. Based on Licensee’s mobile device settings, when Licensee’s mobile device is connected to the internet either: (a) the Updates will automatically download and install; or (b) Licensee may receive notice of or be prompted to download and install available Updates. Please promptly download and install all Updates. If Licensee does not install the latest Updates, portions of the Circle Services, Software, API, Circle Content, and/or Circle Device may not properly operate. All Updates will be deemed part of the Circle Services, Software, API, Circle Content, and Circle Devices and be subject to all terms and conditions of the XXXX. Licensee agrees that Circle has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features, functionality, tools or content, and will not be liable with respect to any such modifications, discontinuances or deletions.

Recruitee may, at its sole discretion with or without notice to you and without liability to you, make updates, additions, removals, or modifications (‘Changes’) to (the Functionality of) the Recruitee’s API(s). Recruitee will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of any Changes that can negatively affect your use of the Recruitee API(s).
Modifications and Updates. Information may be periodically added to the Site without notice to User. Company and/or third party contractors may make improvements and/or changes to the Site at any time. Company may revise this Agreement without notice to User. User agrees and understands that User’s continued use of Site after such changes have occurred is treated as acceptance of the any new terms and conditions.
