Modifications and Replacements. Except for any Wireless Installation installed upon a decorative Structure or upon a Structure located within either a scenic or historic district, subsequent to the original Wireless Installation approved by Licensor, Licensee may, without submitting a new Site License Application, modify or replace all or a portion of the Wireless Installation so long as such modification or replacement (a) results in the installation of equipment within the spaces designated or depicted in the Site License Application and (b) the resulting installation does not increase the load on the applicable Structure or the utilization of the Infrastructure beyond the loading or utilization, if any, that was established in the original Site License Application.

Subsequent to the original installation of the Signboards and LICENSEE Equipment, upon obtaining the prior written consent of PG&E, LICENSEE may make minor modifications to the Signboards and LICENSEE Equipment or replace supporting structures of the Signboards, provided that if any modification would result in a material change (whether in design, materials, or structure) to the plans and specifications approved by PG&E pursuant to Section 8.2.2, LICENSEE must submit a new SAF, together with the then applicable Administrative Fee. PG&E shall have sole discretion to approve or deny the new SAF.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee may modify and/or replace a Wireless Installation on a Licensee or third party Structure and/or Infrastructure at its discretion in accordance with applicable Laws.
Modifications and Replacements. Licensee must submit a new Application, to modify or replace all or a portion of the Wireless Facility.
Modifications and Replacements. Licensee must submit a new Application and receive a new Permit to modify, replace, or upgrade a Wireless Facility if the modification, replacement, or upgrade involves a Substantial Modification. If a modification, replacement, or upgrade to a Wireless Facility does not involve a Substantial Modification, Licensee shall be allowed to perform such modification, replacement, or upgrade to its Wireless Facility without further land use review or approval by Licensor; provided, however, that all other municipal reviews and approvals, including the issuance of a building permit and encroachment permits, shall be required. In connection with the foregoing, Licensor has the right to require wireless providers to submit proof of compliance with Laws. This proof includes but is not limited to RF Certifications from the FCC, environmental assessments, and other documents that may be required under the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act or other Laws. If the modification, replacement, or upgrade would have an impact on the RF emissions at the Permitted Site, the wireless provider must submit an updated RF Certification to the City within 30 days of the modification, replacement, or upgrade.
