Pitney Xxxxx may, from time to time, change the services provided under this Agreement, modify the terms of this Agreement, or terminate such services or this Agreement, at Pitney Xxxxx' discretion, with notice to Customer. Pitney Xxxxx will advise you, in such notice, if it believes, in its sole judgment, that any such change or modification is material. If you receive notice that any such change or modification is material, you may terminate this Agreement by delivering to Pitney Xxxxx written notice of your desire to terminate within thirty (30) days after your receipt of such notice from Pitney Xxxxx. Any such termination by you shall be effective ten (10) business days after Pitney Xxxxx’ receipt of your notice of termination. Your notice must include your Customer account number and, if applicable, your lease number and be sent to Pitney Xxxxx in the manner and to the address set forth in Section 4.0 above. If Customer breaches this Agreement, the Sales/Lease Agreement or any other agreement with Pitney Xxxxx or one of its affiliates, Pitney Xxxxx may immediately terminate the services or this Agreement. If the services or this Agreement are terminated by Pitney Xxxxx or if Customer has terminated this Agreement as provided in this Section 5.0, Pitney Xxxxx' sole obligation shall be a pro rata refund of Customer’s fee for the terminated services except if the termination is due to breach by Customer of the Software License Agreement. Except as provided in this Section 5.0, under no circumstances may you cancel or terminate this Agreement during the term; and you may only terminate for the successive period by providing timely notice of non-renewal as provided above.
