Modification or Revocation of Authority of Manager. The Board may, at any time upon the giving of notice to the Manager, modify or revoke the authority or approvals set forth in Article 3 and this Article 4 hereof; provided, however, that such modification or revocation shall be effective upon receipt by the Manager and shall not be applicable to investment transactions to which the Manager has committed the Park View Entities prior to the date of receipt by the Manager of such notification.

Modification or Revocation of Authority of Manager. The Board may, at any time upon the giving of notice to the Manager, modify or revoke the authority or approvals set forth in Article 3 and this Article 4 hereof; provided, however, that such modification or revocation shall be effective upon receipt by the Manager and shall not be applicable to investment transactions to which the Manager has committed the Company prior to the date of receipt by the Manager of such notification. ARTICLE 5 BANK ACCOUNTS The Manager may establish and maintain one or more bank accounts in its own name for the account of the Company or in the name of the Company and may collect and deposit into any such account or accounts, and disburse from any such account or accounts, any money on behalf of the Company, under such terms and conditions as the Board may approve, provided that no funds shall be commingled with the funds of the Manager. The Manager shall from time to time render appropriate accountings of such collections and payments to the Board and the independent auditors of the Company.
