Modification or Renegotiation. This EPL Agreement and any supplement and/or purchase order thereto may be modified only by written agreement signed by the parties hereto, and any attempt at oral modification shall be void and of no effect. The parties agree to renegotiate the EPL Agreement and pertinent supplement and/or purchase order if federal and/or state revisions of any applicable laws or regulations make changes in this EPL Agreement and any pertinent supplement and/or purchase order necessary.
