Common use of Modification or Renegotiation Clause in Contracts

Modification or Renegotiation. The District, the Office of the State Auditor, or the Firm, may request changes in the scope of services to be performed hereunder. Such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of the Firm’s compensation, which are mutually agreed upon by the District and the Firm, shall be included in written amendments to this contract and subject to approval by the Office of the State Auditor.
