Modification of Terms. If any restriction in this Section 6 of the Agreement is adjudicated to exceed the time, geographic, service or other limitations permitted by applicable law in the applicable jurisdiction, then Executive agrees that such may be modified and narrowed, either by a court or the Company, to the maximum time, geographic, service or other limitations permitted by applicable law, so as to preserve and protect the Company's legitimate business interest, without negating or impairing any other restrictions or undertaking set forth in this Agreement.
