Common use of Modification of Terms Clause in Contracts

Modification of Terms. In the event it is determined that either Party’s performance under this Agreement conflicts with any state or federal policy or law, the Parties agree to negotiate to modify this Agreement, in whole or in part, to resolve the conflict. Inasmuch as possible, the intent of this Agreement shall be preserved.
