Modification of Organizational Documents. Not permit the charter, by-laws or other organizational documents of Borrower or any other Loan Party to be amended or modified in any way which could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the interests of Agent or any Lender. An amendment to Borrower’s certificate of incorporation to increase Borrower’s authorized capital stock shall not be deemed to adversely affect the interests of Agent or any Lender.
