Common use of Modification of Organizational Documents Clause in Contracts

Modification of Organizational Documents. A copy of any amendment to the articles of incorporation, bylaws, partnership agreement, operating agreement or other similar organizational documents of the Parent, the Borrower or any other Loan Party within 15 Business Days after the effectiveness thereof;

A copy of any amendment material amendment, modification or other supplement to the partnership agreement, articles of organization or certificate of incorporation, bylaws, partnership agreement, operating agreement or other similar organizational documents of the Parent, the Borrower or any other Loan Party within 15 5 Business Days after the effectiveness thereofthereof (such amendment, modification or supplement to be subject to Section 10.10);
