Modification of Organizational Documents. Not permit the charter, by-laws or other organizational documents of any Loan Party to be amended or modified in any way which could reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the interests of the Lenders; not change, or allow any Loan Party to change, its state of formation or its organizational form.
Modification of Organizational Documents. No Borrower will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, amend or otherwise modify any Organizational Documents of such Person, except for Permitted Modifications.

Not, and not suffer or permit the charter, limited liability agreement, partnership agreement, by-laws or other organizational documents of, Parent, Borrower or any other Loan Party to be amended or modified in any way which could reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the interests of Agent or any Lender.

At least five (5) Business Days prior to the effectiveness thereof, a copy of any material amendment or other material modification to the Trust Agreement, the Partnership Agreement, the bylaws of PREIT-XXXXX, or other organizational documents of a Borrower.
