Modification of Amendment. This Agreement may not be changed, modified, discharged or amended, except by an instrument signed by all of the parties hereto.
Modification of Amendment. This Amendment may be amended, revoked, changed or modified only upon a written agreement executed by the Parties. No waiver of any provision of this Amendment will be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the Party against whom such waiver is charged.

County shall have the right to grant reasonable extensions of time to Concessionaire for any purpose or for the performance of any obligation of Concessionaire hereunder.
