  • Plan of Allocation 6.1 After the Settlement Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator shall cause the Net Settlement Amount to be allocated and distributed to the Authorized Former Participants and those Current Participants covered by Paragraphs 6.6 and 6.7 below, and to the Plan for distribution to the Current Participants in accordance with the Plan of Allocation set forth in this Article 6 and as ordered by the Court.

  • NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL ALLOCATION OF FUNDS By the signature below, the City Controller certifies that, upon the request of the Director, the supplemental sum set out below has been allocated for the purposes of the Agreement out of funds appropriated for this purpose by the City Council of the City of Houston. This Supplemental Allocation has been charged to such appropriation. $

  • Payment Allocation Subject to applicable law, your payments may be applied to what you owe the Credit Union in any manner the Credit Union chooses. However, in every case, in the event you make a payment in excess of the required minimum periodic payment, the Credit Union will allocate the excess amount first to the balance with the highest annual percentage rate and any remaining portion to the other balances in descending order based on applicable annual percentage rate.

  • Participating State Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Master Agreement terms and conditions.

  • Termination – Orderly After receipt of a termination notice from the County of Orange, the Contractor may submit to the County a termination claim, if applicable. Such claim shall be submitted promptly, but in no event later than 60 days from the effective date of the termination, unless one or more extensions in writing are granted by the County upon written request of the Contractor. Upon termination County agrees to pay the Contractor for all services performed prior to termination which meet the requirements of the Contract, provided, however, that such compensation combined with previously paid compensation shall not exceed the total compensation set forth in the Contract. Upon termination or other expiration of this Contract, each party shall promptly return to the other party all papers, materials, and other properties of the other held by each for purposes of performance of the Contract.

  • Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement As used in this document, Contract (whether capitalized or not) will, unless the context requires otherwise, mean this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersede any and all prior agreements. This Contract may only be modified or amended upon mutual written agreement by the Parties. If amendments are made to the Master Agreement, the Contractor shall: 1) notify the Department of such amendments; and 2) provided the Department is amenable to incorporating the amendments into this Contract, enter into a written amendment with the Department reflecting the addition of such amendments to this Contract. In addition to Section 2.2.1 of the Master Agreement and any additional language within the Contract regarding delivery, the Parties agree that Inside Delivery for Customers under this ACS may be further negotiated prior to purchases under this ACS.   • Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement General Clauses 16 and 17 of the Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement provide that claims between parties to it are limited to specified amounts unless the parties expressly contract otherwise.

  • Modification or Amendment Subject to the provisions of the applicable Laws, at any time prior to the Effective Time, the parties hereto may modify or amend this Agreement, by written agreement executed and delivered by duly authorized officers of the respective parties.

  • Modification or Termination The Loan Documents may only be modified or terminated by a written instrument or instruments intended for that purpose and executed by the party against which enforcement of the modification or termination is asserted. Any alleged modification or termination which is not so documented shall not be effective as to any party.

  • Temporary Reduction of Downpayment When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the downpayment amount required shall be temporarily reduced upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. For the period of the delay or interruption, the downpayment on deposit may be reduced to $1,000 or two (2) percent of the downpayment amount listed in A18, whichever is larger. Any downpayment amount temporarily reduced pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owed to the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of downpayment that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act, as amended (31 USC 3701, et seq.).
