Common use of Modification Costs Clause in Contracts

Modification Costs. The Interconnection Customer shall not be directly assigned the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements that the Participating TO makes to the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System to facilitate the interconnection of a third party to the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System, or to provide transmission service to a third party under the CAISO Tariff. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Interconnection Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.

Modification Costs. The Interconnection Customer shall not be directly assigned for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements that the Participating TO Distribution Provider makes to the Participating TODistribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission Distribution System to facilitate the interconnection of a third party to the Participating TODistribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission Distribution System, or to provide transmission service to a third party under the CAISO Distribution Provider's Tariff. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.

The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.

The Interconnection Customer shall not be directly assigned the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements that the Affected Participating TO makes to the Affected Participating TO's ’s Interconnection Facilities or the Affected Participating TO’s Transmission System to facilitate the interconnection of a third party to the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities or the Affected Participating TO’s Transmission System, or to provide transmission service to a third party under the CAISO Tariff. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Interconnection Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.

The Interconnection Customer shall not be directly assigned the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements that the either Participating TO makes to the that Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities or the that Participating TO’s Transmission System to facilitate the interconnection of a third party to the that Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities or the that Participating TO’s Transmission System, or to provide transmission service to a third party under the CAISO TariffXXXXX Xxxxxx. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Interconnection Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.

The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.
