Common use of MODE OF PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘MILAN REALTIES’ payable at INDORE.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/Cheque / demand draft/draft / bankers cheque Cheque / NEFT / RTGS / UPI or online payment (as applicable) )] in favour of ‘MILAN REALTIES’ S S Developer payable at INDORE.RANIGANJ. AND WHEREAS the Land Owners have represented to the Developer as follows;
