Mode of Operation. 2.2.1 SIS Teams need to visit the FAA and appropriate U.S. industry on a regular basis to satisfy the Section A Part II paragraph 2.1 objectives.
Mode of Operation. 4.1. The SC meets once every six months. The meetings are called by the MoH (with the logistical support of the Project implementation team). Additional (ad-hoc) SC meetings may be called at the request of any core member of the SC.
Mode of Operation. 26. The Upper North Island Strategic Alliance (UNISA):  is a collaborative body that may make recommendations to constituent councils and central government  has no decision-making authority
Mode of Operation. OF THIS RATE CONTRACT The broad mechanism of operation of Rate Contract will be as follow. ▪ First work will be awarded to L-1 (Lowest Bidder) as per final negotiated price. ▪ On the basis of final accepted price (of L-1 price), other bidders ie L-2 & L-3 (i.e. other than L1 bidder) shall be given opportunity to accept final negotiated price of L-1 bidder. In case L-2 or L-3 or both ( i.e. L-2 & L-3 ) do not agree to match final L-1 price then other bidders ie L-4 ,L-5 will be given opportunity to match L-1 price. This mechanism shall be continued till two more bidder other than L-1 agrees to match L- 1 price. This rate contract shall be operated between three bidders and work shall be awarded to these three bidders on rotation basis as per discretion of BHEL. ▪ Combination of sheds (i.e. Numbers of different type of sheds required at one site) shall be decided by BHEL as per requirement of the project. Quoted rate shall remain unchanged. ▪ BHEL reserves all rights to operate this rate contract as per our discretion. ▪ This rate contract shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of offer submission. This rate contract shall further extended if required with the same terms and condition for one year or more. ▪ PVC as per GCC shall not be applicable for one year from the date of offer submission. PVC as per Civil Package –B** of GCC cl no – 2.17 ( Page 24-25 ) shall be applicable from one year from the date of offer submission up to completion of work , however for the period of delay attributable to contractor no PVC shall be paid. Base Index for PVC shall be the final date of offer submission , ▪ Negotiation shall be done with L-1 bidder (Lowest Bidder) on the basis of %age of quoted value of individual shed.

Mode of Operation.  For the implementation of the project, the NGO will organize and mobilize all the technicians, investors and other necessary manpower. Management of manual labour and other community services will be organised by the Committee.  Responsibility for all the electronic and other project tools used during the implementation phase will be with the NGO.  Arrangement of payments: for payment of any purchase, the original bill or invoice received by the Committee will be recommended for payment after approvement by NGO technicians. In this way, payment will be done on the basis of the submitted original invoice. If any of the invoices are rejected for payment by the NGO then the concerned person will be accountable to the Committee.  The Committee will establish and decide on the location of the field office one month before construction works begin.

Mode of Operation. Upon activation by the user, the external head set activation unit generates an alternating magnetic field, which is induced on the intermediate implanted flat flexible coil. The magnetic field is induced on the intermediate flexible coil assembly which generates power for the PCB circuitry within the intermediate flexible coil assembly. The PCB circuitry generates an alternating current that flows through the electromagnet (small coil) in the proximal ventricular catheter, generating an alternating magnetic field which in turn generates the moment of the neodymium (Nd) magnet and vibrates the internal part. The vibrations maintain the perforations in the proximal ventricular catheter clear of cell ingrowth and enable the CSF to flow freely, thus preventing the buildup of tissue that causes occlusion. The communication between the headset and the implant is based on amplitude modulation.. Exhibit B Workplan Scope of Work IN VIVO TESTS OF THE MICROBOT MEDICAL SCS DEVICE Washington University School of Medicine and the Saint Louis Children’s Hospital Investigators: Jxxxx X. (Pxx) MxXxxxxxxx, PhD; Pxxxxxxxx Xxxxx X. Limbrick, Jr., MD, PhD: Professor and Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery Lxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, PhD: Visiting Researcher and Postdoctoral Fellow The Microbot device seeks to prevent tissue obstructions from occluding cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) drainage catheters implanted into the lateral ventricle. Therefore, the experiments will include implantation of these catheters into the lateral ventricle as part of a CSF drainage system, or shunt. In animals that have developed hydrocephalus a ventricular catheter will be inserted into the lateral ventricle and attached to a subcutaneous reservoir whose distal catheter will be subcutaneously placed into the peritoneal cavity. This is the customary design for clinical shunts. The main objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Microbot Medical SCS Device to prevent obstruction in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) catheters in a clinically relevant in vivo model of hydrocephalus. To meet this objective one initial Specific Aim will be addressed:
