Mobilizing and Demobilizing. When an employee is required to report for work to a job away from the Employer's shop and the job is located in an area where the employee cannot reasonably commute daily to his normal place of residence, he shall be paid for the time spent in travelling as follows:

Mobilizing and Demobilizing. Initial move in and terminal move out travel is from the employer’s shop to the destination and return where the employee does not return to the employer’s shop on a daily basis.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period.
