Mobilization Readiness Deadline. The Mobilization Readiness Deadline shall be the date that is 30 days from the date upon which the Joint Board provides the TSP with notice of the Mobilization Readiness Deadline, or such later deadline for Mobilization Readiness specified in such Notification.

Mobilization Readiness Deadline. The Joint Board shall assess and TSP shall pay $2,500 per day Delay Liquidated Damages with respect to each day from and after the Mobilization Readiness Deadline to and including the actual date of Mobilization Readiness, but not to exceed 90 days, for TSP’s failure to achieve Mobilization Readiness by the Mobilization Readiness Deadline.

Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Additional Shifts 32.1 The Employer is committed to maximising its permanent workforce in line with its occupancy levels. The Employer will always offer additional shifts in the first instance to its permanent part-time staff where practicable. It will then offer additional shifts to its casual or bank staff, where applicable.

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Work Week and Work Day (a) (Applicable to full-time employees only) The normal or standard work week shall be an average of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours, with a normal or standard work day of seven and one-half (7½) hours except in those Hospitals where agreements already provide a standard or normal work week of less than thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week and seven and one-half (7½) hours per day. (Those Hospitals with the lesser required hours shall reflect in the salary rates a pro-rata lesser amount compared with salaries for other Hospitals based on the ratio that the standard or normal hours of work at the Hospital concerned are to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and shall appropriately reflect such hours in this Article). The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.
