The Mobility Services clause defines the terms under which transportation or movement-related services are provided by one party to another. Mobility Services. Under a “Mobility Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise mobile architecture and applications; tasks may include implementing a successful mobile strategy in a heterogeneous device environment that optimizes the experience for iOS and Android users; leveraging a best practice approach for building new mobile apps which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; developing a caching strategy that optimizes the performance and offline experience of apps; determining the optimal deployment strategy and navigating security requirements and industry regulations; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing apps for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality such as write-back capabilities or mobile alerting via push notifications.
Mobility Services. 7.1 By using the Card the Customer can order or acquire (for the Card holders) the agreed Mobility services from the Partners. A list with the Partners is available on the Website. ▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to change the list with the Partners at all times. Changes can occur as a result of the termination of the Agreement between the Partner and XXImo. The Mobility services and the Partners as well as possible changes will be announced on the Website.
7.2 The Customer shall always conclude an agreement concerning the Mobility services – cf. Website – with the corresponding Partner. The General Terms and Conditions of the Partner concerned shall apply to this mobility agreement. XXImo keeps the General Terms and Conditions of the different Partners available on the Website for downloading for the purpose of information. XXImo cannot be held liable for the (non-)fulfilment of the Agreement by the Partners.
7.3 XXImo will invoice the Customer for the amounts owed by it for the Mobility services acquired by it and its Card holders. The Customer will pay the charged amounts directly to the Card company by automatic transfer owing to a granted SEPA mandate.
Mobility Services. 23.1 The Customer is responsible to prudently protect and safeguard the Mobile Device (including any SIM card) against loss, abuse, theft or damage, and for the use of the Services and the Mobile Device by the Customer and any other persons. Quadro provides mobile Services using a Third-Party Provider, and the Customer may be required to sign an agreement with the Third- Party Provider.

(1) 플랫폼 서비스. “플랫폼 서비스” 약정에 따라, 당사는 귀사가 귀사의 본건 제품 설계를 구축, 구성 및 사용하는 것을 지원합니다. 관련 업무로는 최종사용자들이 시스템 비용을 최소화하는 동시에 피크아워 동안 애플리케이션 전반에 걸쳐 우수한 애플리케이션 성능을 경험할 수 있도록 하기 위한 별도의 개발 환경과 사용자 테스팅을 포함하는 최선의 실무방법을 기반으로 하는 설계를 구축하는 것; 플랫폼 효율성을 최대화하기 위한 규모 전략을 개발하는 것; 사용자 권한설정, 일정설정, 가입, 시스템 모니터링, OS 패치 및 백업을 비롯한 관리 서비스와 보안 설정을 구성하는 것; 귀사가 보다 신속하게 마이크로스트레티지의 혁신제품의 사용을 개시할 수 있도록 하기 위한 업그레이드 전략을 고안하는 것을 포함합니다.
(2) 애플리케이션 서비스. “애플리케이션 서비스” 약정에 따라, 당사는 귀사가 포괄적 기업용 또는 부서별 애플리케이션을 특정, 개발 및 사용하는 것을 지원합니다. 관련 업무로는 효율적인 고성능 애플리케이션을 제공하기 위한 최적의 기술 접근과 캐싱 전략을 결정하는 것; 새로운 모바일 애플리케이션을 구축하기 위해 최선의 실행 접근방식을 발휘하는 것(사용자 워크샵 개최, 와이어프레임 구축, 채택을 증진하기 위한 반복(iterating), 테스트, 문서기록 및 멘토링을 포함); 사용자 경험 향상, 보다 빠른 성능이나 기능의 확대를 위해 기존 애플리케이션을 개선, 최적화 또는 재설계하는 것을 포함합니다.
(3) 분석 서비스. “분석 서비스” 약정에 따라, 당사는 귀사가 단일 버전의 유일하고 정확한 데이터를 지원하는 대규모의 재사용이 가능한 통합 기업용 데이터 레이어를 설계 및 구성하는 것을 지원합니다. 관련 업무로는 분석·모빌리티 애플리케이션에 사용하기 위한 기업 데이터에 접속하기 위해 데이터베이스, 빅데이터 소스, NoSQL 소스 및 기업용 애플리케이션에 대한 연결을 구축 및 최적화 하는 것; 신뢰할 만한 데이터를 기반으로 분석자료, 모델 및 애플리케이션을 보다 신속히 구축할 수 있도록 분석가, 데이터 사이언티스트, 개발자 및 설계자들에게 최적화된 인메모리 전략을 구축하고 고성능 데이터 세트를 제공하는 것; 및 회귀 테스트를 실시하고, 도식을 검토하고, 문제를 해결하며,

Mobility Services. 7.1 Using the Card, the Customer (for the Card Holders) is able to order and purchase agreed Mobility Services from the Acceptors.
7.2 The Customer shall always enter into an agreement for the Mobility Service with the Acceptor in question by making a Transaction.

Mobility Services. Envoy will provide the Services at the Property during the Term. The Parties agree to the following: (i) the Company shall provide dedicated parking spaces (each, a “Parking Space”) for the Envoy Vehicles to park, (ii) Envoy shall provide and maintain dedicated Envoy Vehicles consistent with the Transaction Terms, and (iii) the Company shall allow the End Users physical access to the facilities where the Parking Spaces and Envoy signage are located and the immediate surrounding area (collectively, the “Envoy Location”) and Envoy shall allow End Users to unlock the Envoy Vehicles through the mobile application.
