Mobility Hub. The Property Owner will provide space in Subarea 3A of the Specific Plan for a mobility hub to encourage transit use in the community. The mobility hub may include facilities and/or information to encourage various modes of transportation, including but not limited to bicycles, buses, Metrolink, MTA, shared cars, etc. [Language may change depending on definition from LADOT.] The Property Owner shall submit proof of compliance with this obligation as part of the required Development Agreement compliance review set forth in Section 4.1.

Mobility Hub. This phase consists of the construction of a new mobility hub, which will be a multi-use structure acting as; bus stop, bicycle parking, charging station for electric buses and bicycles, and other functions. The facility will include overhead and overnight charging for Tahoe Transportation District (TTD) buses. The project will include all associated earthwork and underground utilities, along with concrete and asphalt hardscapes and tie-ins to existing elements. Excluded from this project will be the overhead and overnight bus charging systems.
Mobility Hub. The Owner covenants with the County Council so as to bind the Red Phase: To deliver the Mobility Hub before the Occupation of any Building within the Red Phase (other than the Mobility Hub). Not to Occupy any Building within the Red Phase (other than the Mobility Hub) until the Mobility Hub has been delivered. The Owner covenants with the County Council so as to bind the Red Phase: to submit the Mobility Hub Car Parking Management Plan to the County Council for Approval prior to the first Occupation of the Mobility Hub; not to Occupy the Mobility Hub until the Mobility Hub Car Parking Management Plan has been Approved by the County Council; and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the County Council, from the first Occupation of the Mobility Hub to implement the Approved Mobility Hub Car Parking Management Plan and operate the Mobility Hub in accordance with the Approved Mobility Hub Car Parking Management Plan.
Mobility Hub. The University will construct a multi-modal mobility hub and implement transit connections between the Property and other University campus locations to manage employee and resident access and mobility. The initial hub improvements will be constructed prior to completion of the first non-residential Building, unless an alternative date is requested by the University and approved by the City. The hub will be expanded over time to adequately meet the demand generated by development of the Property. The multi-modal mobility hub will be designed, constructed, and operated as follows:

  • Mobility 7.1 There may also be a business need to travel and work on a temporary basis at any premises which the Corporation currently has or may subsequently acquire or at any premises at which it may from time to time provide services. This would be subject to discussion and agreement giving due regard to the following considerations: - The location and arrangements for travel and subsistence; - The length of the working day with increased travel time; - The hours of work; - The timescale and duration of the proposed arrangements; - The employee’s personal and family circumstances.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • BELLSOUTH OUTAGE Because BellSouth's equipment has varying degrees of impact on the service provided to the CLECs, restoring service from damaged BellSouth equipment is different. The outage will probably impact a number of Carriers simultaneously. However, the ECC will be able to initiate immediate actions to correct the problem. A disaster involving any of BellSouth's equipment locations could impact the CLECs, some more than others. A disaster at a Central Office (CO) would only impact the delivery of traffic to and from that one location, but the incident could affect many Carriers. If the Central Office is a Serving Wire Center (SWC), then traffic from the entire area to those Carriers served from that switch would also be impacted. If the switch functions as an Access Tandem, or there is a tandem in the building, traffic from every CO to every CLEC could be interrupted. A disaster that destroys a facility hub could disrupt various traffic flows, even though the switching equipment may be unaffected. The NMC would be the first group to observe a problem involving BellSouth's equipment. Shortly after a disaster, the NMC will begin applying controls and finding re-routes for the completion of as much traffic as possible. These reroutes may involve delivering traffic to alternate Carriers upon receiving approval from the CLECs involved. In some cases, changes in translations will be required. If the outage is caused by the destruction of equipment, then the ECC will assume control of the restoration.

  • Special Service networks The following services must be received from special service network providers in order to be covered. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits apply.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING BOYCOTTING CERTAIN ENERGY COMPANIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this contract has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 2274 of SB 13 (87th session), the company hereby certifies and verifies that the company, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company, or affiliate of these entities or business associations, if any, does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of the contract. For purposes of this contract, the term “company” shall mean an organization, association, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability company, that exists to make a profit. The term “boycott energy company” shall mean “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” See Tex. Gov’t Code § 809.001(1).

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
