MOBILISATION AND DEMOBILISATION. (a) The Employer shall transport Non-Local Employees by economy air transport from the High Capacity RPT airport nearest to the Employee’s Usual Place of Residence, to the Project at the commencement of employment and return, at the conclusion of employment. Non-Local Employees shall be allowed a reasonable amount of baggage, (to the maximum allowed in economy air) in addition to any toolbox(s) which the Employer requires the Employee to provide for the Employee’s work on the Project.
