Mobile Wallets. If Cardholders are provided the ability to provision Cards to a mobile wallet (such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.) on a mobile device (or handheld computer) such as smartphones, e-readers, tablets, or other electronic devices, Company should consider that there is risk of loss that may result from wireless transmission or loss of the mobile device. Bank is not responsible or liable for any function, malfunction, delays or other problems, or any resulting loss, damage, or liability from enrollment in or use of a mobile wallet or use of a Card on a mobile device.

Mobile Wallets. We may, at our sole discretion, allow you to use your Card on various third-party mobile wallet applications. If you choose to add your Card to a mobile wallet, you will be bound by Tangerine’s Terms for that service, up-to-date copies of which can be found and are made available to you on our website at xxxxxxxxx.xx. In order to use a mobile wallet, you may also be required to agree to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of third-parties, such as mobile wallet providers, your wireless carrier, and other third-party services or websites made available to you through a mobile wallet.
Mobile Wallets. The parties shall have the rights and obligations with respect to the provisioning of Mobile Wallets and the facilitating of certain transactions by Mobile Wallets as set forth in Schedule 3.2(f) (Mobile Wallets).

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Speed The relative importance we attach is “high”.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.
