Mobile Wallet. 14.1. The Cardholder may choose to link the Card with their Mobile Wallet by adding the Card to the Mobile Wallet app on their mobile device. Pleo may in some circumstances require an extra authentication step to confirm the Cardholder’s identity.
Mobile Wallet. Mobile Wallet allows you to add your Capital Credit Union Cards to an application using your Mobile Device. Once added, you understand that you may use your Mobile Device to make payments only where the Wallet is accepted. Capital Credit Union is not a provider of the Mobile Wallet and we are not responsible for any failure or inability to perform a transaction using the Mobile Wallet. We are only responsible for supplying information securely to the Mobile Wallet provider to allow usage of the Capital Credit Union card in the Mobile Wallet. The Apple Pay service is a service offered exclusively by Apple using eligible Apple devices. Capital Credit Union does not own, operate, or control Apple Pay (including the Mobile Wallet), and is not responsible for any service provided to you by Apple or by any third party engaged by Apple. We likewise are not responsible for any information or other services provided to you by Apple or any other third parties associated with the Apple Pay service. We are not liable for any failure or performance of the Apple Pay service. You understand that your use of the Apple Pay service will also be subject to agreements or terms of use with Apple Inc. or other parties. Apple and Apple Pay are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. TRANSFER LIMITATIONS For savings and money market accounts, no more than six (6) preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfers and withdrawals may be made from these accounts to another account of yours or to a third party in any month. XXXX PAY SERVICE FUNCTIONALITY: Make Payments – You may make or schedule xxxx payments as needed. Payments can only be made to payees within the US and its territories. You can make payments to natural persons and businesses. Automatic Payments – You may set up payments to pay automatically on an ongoing basis. You set up the frequency, amount and timing of the payment. The amount is fixed and will not change unless you manually change it. Payment Processing – You authorize us to follow your payment instructions. We will deduct your payment from your designated account on the "Send on Date" or up to two business days after the "Send on Date". For Automatic Payments we will deduct your payment from your account on the "Start Date" or up to two business days after the Start Date. We will then initiate payments to Payees. To ensure on-time payments, allow at least 3-5 business days to process most payments; and 7-10 days to process payments by check. Xxxx Pay Timing – Xxxx payment made by 8:00 PM CT Monday through Friday will process on that business day. Payments scheduled on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday will auto adjust to the next business day. Xxxx Pay Alerts – Customers are automatically alerted by email when certain conditions occur. All alerts will have a description or reason for the alert. An alert will be sent when the following situations occur:  Funding accounts are set to a pending status for xxxx payments,  payment cancelled because of customer activity,  payment cancelled because of exception conditions, and  debit returns. You are responsible for having sufficient and available funds on deposit to make payments and transfers on scheduled dates. We may deduct payments or transfers from your designated account in conjunction with any of the above listed services, even if such creates an overdraft. You are liable for all applicable overdraft fees.
Mobile Wallet. These Terms for Adding Your NCB Visa Debit Card to a Third Party Digital Wallet (the "Terms") apply when you choose to add a NCB Visa Debit Card ("NCB Visa Debit Card") to a digital wallet or other payment service managed or owned by a third party ("Wallet"). In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the Visa Debit Cardholder of the NCB Visa Debit Card, and "we," "us," "our," and "NCB" refer to the issuer of your NCB Visa Debit Card, National Capital Bank. When you add an NCB Visa Debit Card to a Wallet, you agree to these Terms: ADDING YOUR NCB VISA DEBIT CARD: You can add an eligible NCB Visa Debit Card to a Wallet by either following our instructions as they appear on a NCB proprietary platform (e.g., NCB Mobile® app) or by following the instructions of the Wallet provider. Only NCB Visa Debit Cards that we determine are eligible can be added to the Wallet. If your NCB Visa Debit Card or underlying account is not in good standing, that NCB Visa Debit Card will not be eligible to be added to or enrolled in the Wallet. We may determine other eligibility criteria in our sole discretion. When you add a NCB Visa Debit Card to a Wallet, the Wallet may allow you to (a) use the NCB Visa Debit Card to (i) enable transfers of money between you and others who are enrolled with the Wallet provider or a partner of such Wallet provider, and/or (ii) enter into transactions where the Wallet is accepted, including the ability to use the NCB Visa Debit Card to complete transactions at participating merchants' physical locations, e-commerce locations, and at ATMs; and (b) use other services that are described in the Wallet provider's agreement or that they may offer from time to time. The Wallet may not be accepted at all places where your NCB Visa Debit Card is accepted. We reserve the right to terminate our participation in a Wallet or with a Wallet provider at any time and the right to designate a maximum number of NCB Visa Debit Cards that may be added to a Wallet. YOUR NCB VISA DEBIT CARD TERMS: The terms and agreement that govern your NCB Visa Debit Card do not change when you add your NCB Visa Debit Card to the Wallet. The applicable Visa Debit Card account agreement that governs the NCB Visa Debit Card, as amended from time to time, is incorporated by reference as part of these Terms. Mobile Wallet. You may add or activate an eligible Vantage Credit Union credit card to a Mobile Wallet via Push Provisioning through Digital Banking on a mobile device, or You may add Your activated physical debit or credit card by following the instructions provided in Your Mobile Wallet by the Wallet Provider. Only cards that We determine are eligible can be added to or activated in a Mobile Wallet. Push Provisioning is only available for credit cards and for certain Wallet Providers. If Your card or underlying account is not in good standing, that card will not be eligible to be added to or activated in the Mobile Wallet. We may determine other eligibility criteria in Our sole discretion. If You have an eligible credit card, You may utilize Push Provisioning through Digital Banking to add the card to a Mobile Wallet prior to Your receipt and activation of the physical card. Once the card is added through the Mobile Wallet, additional card verification may be required prior to first use from the Mobile Wallet. If additional verification is required, You will be instructed to call Us or the Wallet Provider to complete verification. Physical card activation is not required for Push Provisioning via Digital Banking, but if You would like to use the physical card, You will be required to activate the physical card before its first use. Digital Banking will only offer You Push Provisioning to cards issued in Your own name. If You have an account with joint ownership, You may not add any cards from that account not issued in Your name to Your Mobile Wallet. If You are a joint owner on a joint account and have Your name on a card associated with that joint account, You may add that card to Your Mobile Wallet. By using Your Mobile Wallet, You agree to Our Mobile Wallet Service Terms and Conditions. Vantage Credit Union may in its sole discretion change these terms, and modify or cancel the eligibility to use Your card with a Mobile Wallet service at any time, without notice.
