MOBILE TELEPHONES. Subject to other express individual written authorisation by the Company, personal mobile telephones are to be switched off during normal working time and are to only be used during unpaid breaks. Personal calls are not to be received or made on Company mobile telephones during working time unless prior express individual written authorisation from the Company is first obtained. An employee agrees to reimburse the Company for any personal calls made by the employee on Company mobile telephone(s). An employee authorises the Company to deduct from any wages or entitlements payable or owing to the employee any costs incurred by the employee on Company mobile telephone(s) as a result of the employee making personal calls.
MOBILE TELEPHONES. Mobile telephones will be issued to employees at the employer’s discretion. Company mobile telephones are to be used for work related calls only. All effort will be made on the employee’s behalf to minimise the number and duration of work related mobile telephone calls. A mobile telephone will be provided by the company for receipt of after hours emergency call requirements. If requested by the employer to use personal mobile phones for work related phone calls, the value of these call will be identified on the next account and re-imbursed to the employee.

MOBILE TELEPHONES. The use of mobile telephones on the Project where construction work is being carried out constitutes a significant hazard to the health and safety of Employees. Certain Employees may be required to make or receive calls on their mobile telephone as part of their duties. Such persons will be issued with a mobile telephone permit by LAJV, and will be required to undergo specific training on the safe use of mobile telephones on a construction site. Other Employees must not use mobile telephones in any circumstances except in crib sheds during non-work time. In recognition of the fact that Employees need to contact, and be contactable by, family etc:

Loss of required licence and/or accreditation shall mean the employee is no longer able to fill the position, and, should no other work be available, the employee may have his/her employment contract terminated.
