Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. The Account gives you access to the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service (“MRDC”). You may remotely deposit check funds made out to you as the payee into your Account by choosing the mobile check capture icon in the App. The MRDC process requires you to submit an image of the check, enter the U.S. dollar amount of the check, and endorse the check as directed. MRDC is provided by a third-party money transfer service provider. To use MRDC, you must agree to the service provider’s terms and conditions which are not part of the Agreement. The service provider may amend the terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions may include fees for using MRDC. Any MRDC fees will be charged by the service provider. The MRDC terms and conditions, including any applicable fees, will be provided to you and you must read and accept them when you sign up for MRDC. Any limits or fees will be determined by the service provider. You will be notified about any fee to be charged for a particular remote capture before you authorize the capture. Generally, you will not have access to the money you deposit using MRDC until the check has cleared the third party. The check clearing process typically takes seven (7) business days, however it may take up to ten (10) business days. The service provider may offer immediate funds availability for a fee.

Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. This Service allows you to make remote deposits of Checks to us via mobile software and software as we may permit (the “mRDC Service”). This Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Subsection shall only apply to the Treasury mRDC Service (and not to remote deposits made with desktop scanners). By requesting this Service, you agree to all of the other terms and conditions of the Remote Deposit Capture Service listed above. You also agree to the following terms and conditions:
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. This Section V states terms and conditions that are specific to the mobile remote deposit feature (“Deposit Service”) we have added to our Mobile Banking service. The Deposit Service is also subject to all the other Sections of this Mobile Banking Service Agreement.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. This Service allows Company to make Electronic Deposits to Company’s Accounts through a Mobile Device. Enrollment requires Company to have access to Online Banking. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Agreement applicable to Remote Deposit set forth in this section shall also apply to Mobile Remote Deposits unless inconsistent with the specific terms governing Mobile Remote Deposit set forth below, in which case these terms governing Mobile Remote Deposit shall prevail.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. The MRDC services (“Services”) are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market accounts from remote locations by capturing check images and delivering the images and associated deposit information to MSB.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. 13.1 The Deposit Service The mobile remote deposit feature of Mobile Banking (the “Deposit Service”) allows you to make deposits to your eligible checking, savings or money market accounts with us using your camera-enabled Mobile Device, capable of capturing check images and information, and electronically delivering the images and associated information through the Mobile Banking Software to us or our designated processor. The Mobile Device must capture an image of the front and back of each check to be deposited, including the magnetic ink character recognition line on each check, and such other information as required by this Agreement or applicable law. Such other information includes, but is not limited to, certain technical information such as your IP Address, Mobile Device identifier, and may also include your longitude and latitude at the time the image is transferred to us.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. The mobile remote deposit capture services are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking or savings accounts from home or other remote locations by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION or COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION’s designated processor. Eligible items. You agree to scan and deposit only "checks" as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC ("Reg. CC"). When the image of the check transmitted to COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION is converted to an Image Replacement Document for subsequent presentment and collection, it shall thereafter be deemed an "item" within the meaning of Article 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code. You agree that you will not scan and deposit any of the following types of checks or other items which shall be considered ineligible items: ▪ Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into. ▪ Checks or items drawn or otherwise issued by you or any other person on any of your accounts or any account on which you are an authorized signer or joint account holder. ▪ Checks containing an alteration on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn . ▪ Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees. ▪ Checks previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg. CC. ▪ Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States. ▪ Checks that are remotely created checks, as defined in Reg. CC. ▪ Checks not payable in United States currency. ▪ Checks dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit. ▪ Checks or items prohibited by COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION’s current procedures relating to the Services or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION account. ▪ Checks payable on sight or payable through draft, as defined in Reg. CC. ▪ Checks with any endorsement on the back other than that specified in this agreement. ▪ Checks that have previously been submitted through the Service or through a remote deposit capture service offered at any other financial institution.

This Mobile Remote Deposit User Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for the use Mobile Remote that Dade County Federal Credit Union ("Credit Union", "us," or "we") may provide to you ("you," or "User"). Other agreements you have entered into with Credit Union, including your Membership, as amended from time to time, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. We also offer a service that allows a customer to take a picture of an eligible item for deposit into their deposit account within our mobile banking app. The images you transmit to us must be legible and legally endorsed. This service may be subject to both a monthly and daily limit on number and amounts of deposits we will accept. When you Transmit an Image to us, you will still have possession of the original Eligible Item. In order to further prevent an additional submission of the original Eligible Item for payment, you will take the following steps: (1) before you Transmit an Image to us, you will endorse (write your signature or Business name and signature if you are a Business) on the back of the original Eligible Item followed by the words “for Commodore Bank mobile deposit” or as we otherwise tell you; (2) you will keep the original Eligible Item in a safe place until you see it in your account; and (3) after you see the deposit in your account, you will destroy the original Eligible Item by shredding it or cutting it up.
