Common use of Mobile Phone Clause in Contracts

Mobile Phone. During the term of this Agreement the Company may provide the Employee with a Company mobile phone, for use in connection with Employee's duties hereunder, pursuant to Company's policy, as adopted, as may be amended from time to time by the Company. The Company shall bear all expenses relating to the Employee’s use and maintenance of the phone attributed to the Employee under this Section.

Mobile Phone. During the term of this Agreement the Company may provide the Employee with a Company Company's mobile phone, for use in connection with Employee's duties hereunder, pursuant to Company's policy, as adopted, as may be amended from time to time by the Company. The Company shall bear all expenses relating to the Employee’s use and maintenance of the phone attributed to the Employee under this Section.

Mobile Phone. During the term of this Agreement the Company may shall provide the Employee with Manager a Company mobile phone, for use in connection with EmployeeManager's duties hereunder, pursuant to Company's policy, as adopted, as may be amended from time to time by the Company. The Company shall bear all expenses relating to the EmployeeManager’s use and maintenance of the phone attributed to the Employee Manager under this Sectionsubsection. The Company shall bear all the personal tax consequences of the allocation of the mobile phone to his benefit.

During the term of this Agreement Agreement, the Company may provide the Employee Executive with a Company Company’s mobile phone, phone for use in connection with Employee's duties hereunderher services, pursuant to in accordance with the Company's policy, as adopted, as may be amended ’s applicable policies in effect from time to time by the Company. The Company shall bear all expenses relating to the Employee’s use and maintenance of the phone attributed to the Employee under this Sectiontime.

The Company shall bear all the personal tax consequences of the allocation of the mobile phone to his benefit.
